The website ALLSTAR TRAVEL is owned by ALLSTAR TRAVEL incorporated under the laws of Turkey and is operated by ALLSTAR TRAVEL and on its behalf by IstanbulNet Comp. Pubslising Tourism Travel Ltd. a company incorporated under the laws of the Turkey with registered office at Kadirga Limani Caddesi Sultanahmet, Kadirga, Istanbul, Turkey. Accordingly, all And any credit card payments made under the website allstartravelturkey.com are being processed and collected on behalf of ALLSTAR TRAVEL by IstanbulNet Computure Publishing Toursim Travel Ltd.
We use high ethical standards and respect your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking with the relevant hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.

BOOKING and PAYING
When your booking is accepted, a confirmation e-mail or fax will be sent to you in details within 7 days. The details need to be checked by you to be sure your all details are correct or not. Deposit needs to be transfered within 7 (seven) days of booking. You are able to pay the rest of the balance of the holiday or travel arrangements at least in 6 (six) weeks before your departure date. If you book within 6 (six) weeks of leaving, you must pay the total price of the holiday or travel arrangements when you book. If we do not receive your payment price of your holiday or travel arrangements by the due date, we will have to cancel your booking of the holiday or travel arrangements. If your booking is cancelled, we keep all the deposits you have paid and you have to pay a cancellation charge.
IF YOU WISH to MAKE CHANGES
If you want to change any of the details of your booking after we have confirmed it, we do our best to help you although it is not guaranteed that we will be able to do this.
IF YOU CANCEL
If you want to cancel your travel arrangements, you must send us a written cancellation instruction. We will cancel your booking from the date we receive and acknowledge your written instruction to do so. You should send us any notice of cancellation by by email. We will work out cancellation charges as set out below.
The customer may cancel the booking at any time 7 days before the service begin. The cancellation must be confirmed by customer service. The last 7 days, it is not possible to make any cancellation and 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation more than 45 days before the services begin, you will be charged 0 % fee
Cancellation more than 30 days before the services begin, you will be charged 10 % fee
Cancellation between 10 and 30 days before the services begin, you will be charged 25% fee
Cancellation between 7 and 10 days before the services begin, you will be charged 50% fee
IF WE MAKE ANY CHANGES ABOUT THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR HOLIDAY AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
From time to time it may be necessary to make changes if it is needed we reserve the right to do so. Most changes are minor and in all cases we will inform you about the cancellation or changes as soon as possible. Occasionally we may need to make a major change,. If we do make any major changes, you need to let us know as soon as possible if you wish to accept the changes or cancellation of the holiday or travel arrangements with a fail refund.
If you do not wish to accept a major change by us, you can either:
a) Accept a changed agreements,
b) Purchase another holiday or travel arrangements from us,
c) Cancel your holiday or travel arrangements.
Important Note: We cannot accept any liability or responsibility and compensation in circumstances where the performance of the agreement is prevented by Reasons, Such as war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disasters, earthquakes, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions and other events beyond our control. Crossroads Travel reserves the right to change or alter tours without any prior notification.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOU
We accept responsibility for any death, badly injury or illnesses caused to you as a result of the proven negligent acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers, and sub-contractors and their servants and/or agents while acting within the scope of, or in the course of, their employment, we also accept responsibilities for any damage caused to you as a result of any failure to perform, or improper performance of the service we have agreed to provide to you, Accept where such failure or performance of the services we have agreed to provide to you, accept where such failure or improper performance is not our fault or that of suppliers:
a) such failure is attributable to you or a member of your party.
b) such failure is attributable to a third party unconnected with the provision of the services to be provided to you and is unforeseeable or unavoidable.
c) such failure is due to force majeure (see important notes)
You must insure that you and the rest of the party have valid passports and any appropriate visas. You should check which vaccinations are required for your chosen destinations by insulting your doctor. If you are hiring a car, please be sure your driving license is valid and comply with all local requirements.We can refuse to accept you as a customer or refuse to continue dealing with you if your behavior is disruptive, dangerous or annoying to other people or properties.We will not pay any refund or any cost incurred by you if your behavior is unacceptable. You need to tell us if you have an existing medical problem or disability, which may require assistance before you book your holiday and travel arrangements. Airlines state that women who is pregnant for 28 weeks or more at the time of return must have a doctor’s certificate indicating they are fit to travel. Nominally, permission to travel is refused after 32 weeks.
ACCOMODATION and RATING
The relevant authorities in each country set official ratings. Different countries have different criteria for rating hotel and holiday and travel arrangements accommodation and therefore a 3 Star hotel in any country will not be necessary to offer the same facilities as a 3 star hotel. To help you in your choice of accommodation we have devised a rating system based upon the opinion of our managers in Turkey and our representatives. There may be guests from other countries staying at your accommodation hotel and therefore facilities and entertainment may vary according to the variety and ages of such guests. Some hotels have twin or double-bed rooms where a third or fourth bed can be added, in most cases if one or two beds are added then, the room may well run out of space.
Room Type and Bed type
a. Organised tour accommodation is based on single/twin/double/triple share accommodation.
b. Special requests such as bed types, smoking preference and connecting rooms are subject to availability.
c. If you are booking a triple room, please note that in some hotels, the third bed may be a “fold-away” bed. Availability of triple rooms is limited. We are not liable if a hotel can only provide a fold-away bed, and no compensation is payable to you in any such instance.
d. Single rooms may be smaller than a twin-bedded or double room.
IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINT
We aim to provide you an enjoyable holiday or travel arrangements. But if a problem arises, you must report it immediately to our local representatives or the supplier of that service about the issue. If you are dissatisfied with the services we have offered you, you must then notify us in writing your booking reference within 14 days of your return by a recorded delivery. No responsibilty will be accepted about the complaints reported to our agent/representatives or suppliers in the resort.
We will do our best to pass on any special requests to the appropriate persons/suppliers. However we cannot guarantee that special requests will be met.
Insurance is not obligatory for daily trips in Turkey but all of our vehicles has insurance. We do have insurance for every single person who join one of our package tour however limitation and standards of the each country may not replace to each other therefore We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
