Turkey is a beautiful country, with a rich and fascinating history. It has
many things to see and do, from visiting ancient sites such as Ephesus
or the Temple of Artemis, to relaxing on the beaches of Antalya. You can
also enjoy delicious Turkish food and drink or relax in one of the
country’s many well-known spas. Let me give you some ideas for
planning your trip:

Hotel
The hotel is the focal point of your stay in Turkey. It’s where you’ll feel
most comfortable and can relax, at least for a little while. If you’re
planning a trip to Istanbul or Ankara, there are countless hotels to
choose from. For Izmir—the third most populous city in Turkey—you’ll be
able to choose from more than 10 hostel chains alone!

Food
Turkish cuisine is a combination of Middle Eastern, Greek, Balkan and
Central Asian cuisine. The Ottomans were influenced by the cuisines of
Persia (modern-day Iran), Russia and Central Asia. Ottoman kitchen
skills made Turks masters in cooking with sugar and honey, preparing
milk products (such as yogurt or cheese) and making pastries.

Mosque, Hagia Sophia Museum and Topkapi Palace all make for
an incredible experience for anyone visiting this city.
